Load Requirements

We Require all drivers to call:

1)...for your pick up number.
2)...when loaded, with your bill of lading information.
3)...when you're empty.
4)...with daily transit updates.

Driver must make sure load is secure to his satisfaction prior to departure.

If driver is not dispatched by this office, no "truck ordered and not used" fee will be paid, should load be canceled.

Rate confirmation MUST be signed, dated, and returned prior to driver being dispatched.

Pick up times and delivery times must be adhered to.

Any deviation to the above must be approved by Jonda Enterprise, Inc.

Original bills of lading are required, except as specified.

Note: Payments are made within 30 days receipt of POD in Schiller Park, IL bill payment office, free of any exceptions.

Invoice dates are inconsequential.
The date we note is the date of receipt of invoice/POD.
No Exceptions.
